Local Artist of the Week: FISHGUARD FOLK SINGERS

Fishguard Folk Singers are a group of friends who started out several years ago as shanty singers but now have all sorts of other material. They have a bias towards  sea and folk songs but their main criteria are whether they like it and enjoy singing it.

All the songs played this week are taken from their latest CD, Effervescence (pictured), which is available from their Facebook page or from their concerts - the next one will be on Sunday 25th May at St Mary's Church, Fishguard, during Fishguard Folk Festival which takes place over that weekend.
