The winter warm room project proves a success again for the community pub in Crymych
The staff, volunteers and committee members of the community pub in Crymych have been celebrating the success of the "Cwtsh Cynnes" Warm Room project at the Crymych Arms which offers a Wednesday afternoon warm space for local people to meet up, socialise and have a full cooked dinner for £5 a head.
The initiative is part of the Keep Warm Keep Well support from PAVS and Pembrokeshire County Council. Funding from the Welsh Government has been provided for warm rooms across Pembrokeshire. The manager of the community pub in Crymych, Darren George commented. "It is great that people in the community have a chance to use places supported by the Warm Room grant to have a few hours socialising on a Wednesday afternoon and an affordable cooked meal."

Anyone interested in coming along needs to phone the community pub on 01239 831435 to confirm the number for lunch and be there by 12 noon on a Wednesday afternoon. The Cwtsh Cynnes warm room started before Christmas and is proving very successful in the Crymych area.
