Last chance to have your say on a range of planning guidance
Members of the public are being reminded that the deadline to provide feedback on a range of supplementary planning guidance (SPG) being proposed for Pembrokeshire is fast approaching.
Supplementary planning guidance sets out more detailed information on how the Local Development Plan (LDP) will be applied in certain areas or under particular circumstances.
A joint consultation between Pembrokeshire County Council and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority on the Cumulative Impact of Wind Turbines is relevant to the whole of Pembrokeshire.
However, the Park Authority is also running concurrent consultations on several other SPG documents, which apply only to National Park locations. These include:
Land Instability – former Coal Workings
Loss of Hotels
Regionally Important Geodiversity Site
Safeguarding Minerals Zones
Conservation Areas at Angle, Caerfarchell, Caldey, Little Haven, Manorbier, Newport, Portclew, Porthgain, Saundersfoot, Solva, St Davids, Tenby and Trefin.
The consultation period for all documents will come to a close at 4.30pm on Friday 15 April 2022.
Completed response forms can be sent via email to devplans@pembrokeshirecoast.org.uk or posted/hand-delivered to: Park Direction, Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority, Llanion Park, Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire, SA72 6DY.
