The avid cyclers decided to take on “Arches to Arches” on Friday 17th June, which was to ride from Marble Arch, in London to the Five Arches in Tenby, 250 miles all within 24 hours.
The riders who took part were Shaun Griffiths, Huw Benbow, Dave Poole, Jamie Silvester, Dave Lewis, Billy Connor, Gareth Rees, Steve White, Colin and Bev Barrett. In support were Paula Smith, Nicola Coates, Sarah Benbow and Janine Evans. And as if that was not enough, some members also ran the Pembrokeshire Coast Path (186 miles) in sections from 23rd to 26th June 2022, the runners were Mike Smith, Tracey Thomas and Carlton Coates. The runners were supported by Paula Smith, Karen Vickery, Janina Evans, Nicola Coates & David Poole.
