Pembrokeshire Coastal Forum are proud to present a short new film ‘A Spotlight on Coastal Opportunities in Pembrokeshire’ which profiles local Pembrokeshire people that are genuinely passionate about their careers in outdoor recreation, aquaculture, shipping, and conservation.
The 5-minute film is aimed at showing young people some of the career choices available to them here in Pembrokeshire.
It gives a fascinating insight as to how these professionals found (and even created) their careers, with some wonderful footage of Pembrokeshire above and below water. The film was recently shared with over 260 students at a careers day at Haverfordwest High School. Students said they were inspired by the film & many could see themselves doing something similar in the future – driving a boat, leading adventures, or helping protect Pembrokeshire’s amazing wildlife.
We would be most grateful if you could share this film out to your networks / with your students to help inspire the next generation to meet the huge challenges of a low carbon future where nature is recovering, and people are thriving.
