This week, we showcase some wonderful Christmas records made by Pembrokeshire musicians.
Kiah Lindsay "Coming Home To You"- Kiah, who hails from Tenby, released her first album in 2023 with assistance from Connor Adams. Last week she released this, her first ever Christmas single.
The Connections "It's Cold Outside" - the classic Christmas song given an imaginative reworking by west Wales' leading soul band, with vocals by Jon and Emily.
Evans McRae "Merry Christmas My Darling" - Newport's Lowri Evans and her partner Lee Mason went into StudiOwz in Clarbeston to record an album with Brit Award & Mercury Prize nominee Tom McRae. This emotionally packed and beautifully arranged song is one of the results of that collaboration.
Jodie Marie (pictured) "(I Don't Wanna Be) Alone This Christmas" - Another song recorded at StudiOwz by Jodie who lives there with her partner, record producer extraordinaire Owain Fleetwood Jenkins. This is a stunning song, beautifully sung with a strong retro soul vibe.
Devils Answer "Merry Christmas" - a hard rocking and humourous tune from Milford Haven's much missed power trio. They even wore Kiss style make-up to appear on the radio with BB Skone.
Darts "White Christmas" - Darts were hugely popular in the late '70s and early '80s, securing over a dozen chart hits and regulars on Top of the Pops. One of their lead singers was the late, great Bob Fish of Narberth.
Kyle Kirkhouse "Last Christmas" - Haverfordwest man Kyle takes on the Wham classic in mighty fine style.
