Landlords Forum to be held in August at County Hall

Local private sector landlords are invited to find out the latest news from the private rented sector at a Landlords Forum on Thursday, 3rd August at 6pm in County Hall, Haverfordwest.
Organised by Pembrokeshire County Council, the forum will feature guest speakers from three organisations:
Welsh Government (speaking about the Green Paper review for Fair Rents)
Residential Landlords Association (NRLA)
Pembrokeshire County Council’s Environmental Health Officers (speaking about Private Sector Housing)
The events starts at 6pm (doors open from 5.30pm ) and will take place at County Hall, Haverfordwest, SA61 1TP. Parking is available outside.
Cllr Michelle Bateman, Cabinet Member for Housing Operations and Regulatory Services, said the first forum in January was a great success, and encouraged landlords to attend this one. “This is a great opportunity to find out the latest developments in the private rented sector,” she said.
