DYFED-POWYS POLICE APPEAL: Dyfed-Powys Police is investigating a fatal road traffic collision on the A477 near Cleddau Bridge, Pembroke Dock.
A car and a coach were involved in the collision on Tuesday afternoon, 5th September 2023.
Sadly, the male driver of the car passed away at the scene. Next of kin have been advised and are being supported by specialist officers.
The driver of the coach sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
The coach was carrying holiday makers from the Cumbria area. The twenty four coach passengers were taken to hospital and all have since been discharged.
The road was closed and reopened at about 4.30 this morning, 6th September. We are aware that the closure of the road caused considerable congestion and delay for road users and would like to thank everyone for their patience as emergency services were on scene investigating the incident.
