We have great variety of shows supported by a solid sounding daytime. But the variety of the evenings is great.
The local golden nugget and expertise will win over our audiences.
The speed of our reporting is so quick - this will translate into powerful radio.
We’re going into a great stage.
It’s been a very busy summer - but the easiest for Toby as we have the manpower to support them. This is assisted by Darren and his links.
People want a piece of us at their event. It’s not an event if PWR aren’t there.
Launching onto DAB - progress report.
We are on schedule! 20th October. Highly realistic! “Launching in the autumn”
No need for unnecessary date giving undue pressure.
It will take time to switch and bed in - no need for the pressure we had during RSL.
Equipment arriving next week.
3 sites rigging up w/c 9th September.
Angle has question mark so do Arnold’s Hill instead.
Remaining two 13 September. We would go live and launch websites.
Press releases to be made.
More team expansion for administrators. Cement gaps in schedule.
There’s already holes in schedule. Monday a month and Saturday 5-7pm.
Any ideas - bring them forward.
We have grown and migrated and we’re doing well.
Gearing up for Christmas and do a big Christmas campaign. Xtrav, sleigh run, firework events too - “retune your radio”
Car sticker and merch in springtime. Giveaways. Shout about what we’re proud about. Including drop in to the station. We’re so busy that’s it hard now. Some exciting news on drop in / shop in the next month. To purchase tickets, merch etc. everyone wants a PWR Bucket Hat! People are proud to share it so let’s let them do it!
Opportunity to say “hello” it’s away from the office activity. Big events take time so we need away from busy office.
One to ones returning on a regular cycle. Quarterly.
Digesting feedback from forms.
Negatives - can be short on people and the same faces. We have 105 members but same faces.
