Pembrokeshire followers of Rock Music are in for a treat on Sat 3rd August at The Narberth RFC Stadium.

Three great bands will provide exceptional value for money at the bargain ticket price of £25. The price has been subsidised by three great sponsors – Puffin Produce, Molson Coors and Pure West Radio.

The opening Act for Narberth Outdoor Rock 2024 is Pembrokeshire local band at 5.00pm. Gates open 4.30pm.

Hailing from Pembrokeshire, The Sleeping Dogs emerged as a rock band in 2014. Comprised of seasoned musicians, they excel at delivering unparalleled live entertainment, showcasing a dynamic range of genres through their performance of all-time classics. Expect a fresh and unique setlist at this gig!"

The second early evening act is Phil Mountford’s “FOREVER ELTON” – A five-piece band with rave reviews.

FOREVER ELTON perform a stunning homage to the music of Sir Elton John & Bernie Taupin – the most enduringly successful singer/songwriters of their generation. Taking a fresh approach to Elton’s music, the show features authentic costumes and live piano playing which has seen the successful act tour throughout the UK and abroad.

The band incorporates dedicated and multi-talented musicians, who between them have totalled many decades of professional performances in some of the most prestigious venues across the UK and Europe – such as The Proms at Royal Albert Hall, The Sage Gateshead, Birmingham Symphony Hall, NEC, and The Berlin Konzerthaus.

Formed in 2018, FOREVER ELTON is led by the Award Winning Classical and Film composer and musician, Phil Mountford, who himself has had considerable success scoring the soundtracks to many films being screened internationally including Vendetta – Danny Dyer, Journey To LeMans – Patrick Stewart, Breakdown – Craig Fairbrass, along with the soon to be released British rom-com, The Chocolate Club.

The final act of the evening with a two hour song-packed slot is The UK's top, and some say most authentic, Fleetwood Mac tribute show. They are called UK FLEETWOOD MAC. Fans are in for a real treat festival-style in the Narberth RFC.

The setting will look just like an Arena with the covered tiered seating facing the covered stage which is flanked on both side by large spectator marquees with food outlets and three bars forming an enclosed quadrangle. So rain or shine there is cover for the spectators to enjoy the rock music experience. The event has wheelchair access too.

UK Fleetwood Mac have spent a huge amount of time carefully recreating the look, sound and playing style of their favourite band, so audiences can revel in the attention to detail and delight in a sound noted by many as 'just like the actual Fleetwood Mac'. With a huge wealth of experience of theatre shows, bars and festivals, the audience can be sure they will fully entertain the crowds in the summer outdoor experience.
