REINDEER ROCKY ROAD BARS
Ingredients
200g digestive or any plain biscuits 200g dark chocolate 70% solids 125g butter 3 tablespoons of syrup 100g mini marshmallows 100g of dried fruit or nuts of your choice
Method
Step 1 - Bash the biscuits kids - not too small Step 2 - put chocolate, butter and syrup in a saucepan and gently melt - let grown ups do this! Step 3 - when melted add all the ingredients and stir well - you can do this kiddies! Step 4 - line a 9inch square cake tin and put the mixture in - probably need help with this Step 5 - sprinkle with Christmas candies of your choice! Really go for it! Step 6 - place in fridge for about 2 hours or until set - cut into approx 16 squares and enjoy!
