Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service (MAWWFRS) continue our committed support to ending male violence against women by supporting White Ribbon UK.
White Ribbon UK is the leading charity engaging men and boys to prevent violence against women and girls.
As a Service we have taken a stand to end all male violence against women by recognising and supporting the White Ribbon Campaign. Starting on White Ribbon Day on 25th November 2024, the Service will be taking part in 16 days of action with a social media campaign, which you can follow online via our page.
We encourage everyone, especially men and boys, to make the White Ribbon Promise to never use, excuse to remain silent about men’s violence against women. All men can join the team to end violence against women and girls #ItStartsWithMEn.
