Black Sheep is the pseudonym of Letterston singer/songwriter Andy Harris.
Andy no longer performs live due to problems with his eyesight but he has just released his 6th CD, a 22 track retrospective of his work over the past few years, with assistance from Nick Swannell at Studio 49 in Narberth.
Andy's music is a genre bending mix that is never less than exciting and passionate with a quirky side which is also reflected in his lyrics, on topics which range from the acutely personal to the universal and weird!.
The CD is dedicated to the west Wales NHS teams and Specsavers who together have helped save his sight.
Andy has wittily described the new CD as 'Post-mortem' rather than a best of and all the songs played this week are taken from it. Artwork is by Matt Horsgood.
The name Black Sheep is taken from something Andy said to his father about being different from his six brothers.
