Step 1. Set aside 50g each of the peanut butter and chocolate. Heat oven to 180c/160 fan/ gas 4. Line a square 20cm baking tin with baking parchment
Step 2. Gently stir the peanut butter, chocolate and sugar in a pan over a low heat until melted together
Step 3. Turn off the heat and cool slightly - beat in the eggs then gently fold in the flour then pour into the tin
Step 4. Melt the reserved peanut butter in the microwave for about a minute or until it's runny, then drizzle over the brownie mixture . Bake for 20-25 minutes until it has a crust but the middle still seems a bit undercooked
Step 5. Melt the reserved chocolate, drizzle over the brownie, then cool in the tin before cutting into squares!
