Alan Wyatt is a singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who lives in Fishguard.
Alan studied music in college in Liverpool where he played in a number of bands before heading to west Wales for "an adventure" as he describes it.
He makes his intriguing pop music in his home studio and has a rather unusual way of working - all his songs are recorded 'live' on his digital recorder without using samples or a computer!
He's been influenced by Liverpudlian bands such as The Beatles and Cast plus the so-called 'easy listening' melodies of John Barry and Burt Bacharach but he is very much is own man, his music and lyrics often referring to the wonders of nature and the great mysteries of life.
Alan chatted to BB about his music on the Pembrokeshire Music Show of Sunday 30th March (which can be heard on Catch-up) and he made some fascinating observations on how he makes his music, how his 'muse' works, and what it all means to him.
