Around 1 in 5 women experience mental health issues during or after pregnancy, and many parents still don’t know where to turn. That’s why we’ve launched our Play Days across the Three Counties this week—a creative, welcoming space for families to connect, have fun, and access support.
These events offer: • Creative workshops and family-friendly activities • Staff available to chat and offer support • Signposting to services for anyone facing challenges
It’s also a great chance to showcase the amazing work happening across our local services—including NHS and partner organisations—and raise awareness of what’s available for those navigating the perinatal period.
