My broadcasting career started with Radio Ceredigion in Aberystwyth and Felinfach before moving onto BBC Radio Cymru. I enjoy the variety of writing news stories, the interviewing process, editing and broadcasting. I find people so very interesting, their views and life stories. Everyone has a story to tell.

Newport, my father lived in Parrog Road.

My mother - without a doubt.

What is your biggest fear?

Steep escalators in the London underground.

My height - I'd like to be just a bit taller!

Slow drivers.

What motivates you to work hard?

I enjoy working and always have done.

What is your favourite thing about your life?

My family - totally adored.

What is your proudest accomplishment?

I can't say my accomplishment, but watching my daughter qualify for Horse of the Year Show and the Royal International and watching my son competing in the F1000 Junior Rally Championship - so very proud of them both and always will be.

Who is the most famous person you've met?

Cerys Catatonia -  I recorded a news item from her wedding!

One thing people might be surprised to know about you?

I enjoy rallying - I love autotests and being behind the wheel. I've competed in the Cilwendeg a few times and always have the urge to take part. I'm seriously thinking about taking part in the Mini Challenge next year ;)
