How did you get into radio?

Keri Jones and myself were the first Breakfast show presenters to hit the airwaves in Pembrokeshire many years ago. Keri Jones and Gina Jones but we're not married.

Its great to be back on the breakfast show here at Pure west radio.

Where is your favourite place in Pembrokeshire?

Carew. Where I was born. Always makes me smile.

Who is your hero?

My children. I have 3 hero’s!

What is your biggest fear?

Having to eat in a dirty house/ restaurant. Oh and house plants! 🙈

Where is you favourite place to visit in the world?

Majorica as my mum lives there

. What would you change about yourself if you could?

Self doubt. I need to believe in myself more.

What makes you really angry?

Rudeness!

What motivates you to work hard?

Seeing my work making a difference to others and making others happy. 

What is your favourite thing about your life?

Had a lot of opportunities and been to amazing places & done some amazing things.

What is your proudest accomplishment?

Having a half hour Documentary made about me by HTV Primetime

Who is the most famous person you've met?

Sir Roger Moore & Audrey Hepburn.

One thing people might be surprised to know about you?

I was a singer with The band of the Parachute regiment and traveled to Germany with them and also sang at the Fairfield hall Croydon.

Oh and I don't like Ham!
