How did you get into radio? 

I always wanted a job in the media, so after studying Film & Literature at Uni, I managed to land a job presenting on various quiz shows on SKY television. These included, "The Great Big British Quiz", and all the major music channels including, Kerrang, Kiss, Smash Hits,Q, The Box and Magic. The transition to Radio was fairly recent and I love it in equal measure. No day is ever the same, lots of challenges and loads of fun and variety to boot !! It's my perfect fit!

Where is your favourite place to visit in Pembrokeshire? 

St Dogmaels.

Who is your hero? 

My Daddy.

What is your biggest fear? 

Losing all that I love most.

Where is your favourite place to visit in the world? 

Iceland.

What would you change about yourself if you could? 

I would love thicker hair

What makes you really angry? 

Bullying. Literally, boils my blood.

What motivates you to work hard?

People. Nothing is better then having a huge team success. Inspiring and motivating.

What is your favourite thing about your life?

Well, living in Pembrokeshire with my family is wonderful. I feel very lucky indeed. Apart from that, pretty much everything.

What is your proudest accomplishment? 

Blagging my way into the VIP section at Radio1 roadshow and hanging out with the libertines.

Who is the most famous person you've met? 

I interviewed Rob Deniro. He was smashing.
