How did you get into radio?
Radio started for me at the tender age of 15 when I walked into a studio and the presenter had his feet up and was just reading a newspaper. Opened the mic, mentioned the spice girls, then carried on. It was then I knew that was the lazy life for me. Radio has taken me everywhere over the last 21 years, from Hospital radio to Afghanistan and Camp Bastion. It's been a fun career so far, but this a new chapter for me and I'm so grateful to be here with you.
Where is your favourite place in Pembrokeshire?
TOUGH!!!! Probably Pirates Bar in Amroth on a very sunny day. Can't beat that.
Who is your hero?
My dog Alfie or Thor
What is your biggest fear?
Waking up and it all being a dream.
Where is your favourite place to visit in the world?
Cape Verde was amazing, can't wait to go back!
What would you change about yourself if you could?
Nothing really, I'm happy with my lot.
What makes you really angry?
Dog poop on the streets, just no need.
What motivates you to work hard?
The taxman, probably
What is your favourite thing about your life?
Baby Molly!
What is your proudest accomplishment?
Being on stage at the Sony's and winning an award for radio.
Who is the most famous person you've met?
Probably Gazza, one of my heroes for football reasons only!
One thing people might be surprised to know about you?
I use a scooter on long walks. Well, any walk!
