Pembrokeshire Sibling Group gets Christmas treat from Fenton School

Pembrokeshire Sibling Group (PSG) were delighted to attend Fenton School just before Christmas, to receive money raised from an enterprise fair.
Two pupils, Caiden Meacham and Noah Evans had encouraged donations of toys and games from families in their class and then sold those toys and games at the school enterprise fair.

The community of Crymych in North Pembrokeshire are setting themselves a goal for 2023, to buy and reopen the Crymych Arms pub in the centre of the village.
A public meeting was held on the 13th of December at the Market Hall in Crymych to set out the proposal. Over 40 people attended the public meeting that was chaired by Martin Lloyd the chairman of Crymych Football Club. Over 40 people attended the meeting on a very cold and icy evening with many more giving their apologies and wishing to know more.

Crochet blankets donated for Clinical Team at local charity

The Pembrokeshire based Hospice at Home charity, Paul Sartori Foundation has recently had another visit from a long-time supporter. Heather Picton, a Milford Haven resident has once again been busy crocheting knee blankets. Heather makes the knee blankets for the Hospice at Home Nurses and Nursing Assistants to use whilst working night shifts.

Funding for pupils eligible for free school meals will be provided direct to parents or carers for the Christmas holidays.
BACS payments of £39 for each pupil will be paid to eligible families directly into parents’ bank accounts on Thursday, 22nd December.

Cleddau Reach School have been able to celebrate a superb success at the Pembrokeshire Cross Country Championships.

The event was held on October 27th at Carew Airfield, with primary schools from across Pembrokeshire invited to take part and well over 1,000 children involved.

They've been playing together for around 10 years and describe their music as "an eclectic mix of Folk, Bluegrass, Americana, and a whole lot of Gypsy - buskers at heart".
