Joseph’s Smile, a dedicated UK charity based in South Wales, which supports children and their families fundraising for medical treatment or equipment that is not available on the NHS has released its list of charity patrons and is thrilled to announce a nomination for Courageous Family of the Year award at The Principality Child of Wales Awards in Cardiff on March 24th 23.

Three Milford Haven Karate Club members cemented their place among the best in the UK at the WUKF British Championships in Dundee this month.
Josh Whatling, 20, Gethin Adams, 15, and Connor John, 14, all represented Wales all came away with medals. Josh fought superbly in the 85kg event and secured a silver medal by winning his semi final, but cruelly picked up a broken nose in the process and missed out on a chance to compete for gold. He also took bronze in the men’s senior team event.
